The cost of our trainings are determined by the location, the numbers of people and sessions in the training. Desktop Publishing Services provides training in the Chicago area and nationally, wherever you are. Although each complete training consists of four 3-hour sessions, you can take as few or as many sessions as you want. Please
email us and let us know how many people you want to train, number of days and where. We'll be able to supply a quote on the spot. For a complete quote, please include the programs you want training on and whether it's Windows or Macintosh.

If you are from a Chicago-area company and want onsite training, it’s a flat base rate that covers training for two to four people. Because the rate charged is figured per session and not per person, the more people you have in the training, the more cost savings there are. We are happy to do training for almost any number, of course, and the more people you have, the cost-effective it is. Please email us for an exact quote for onsite training.

If your group deals with frequent interruptions at the job site, your can leave your office behind. We can provide a training facility on the north side of Chicago in the River North area. Full day training can be done on Windows or Macintosh. Fees are based on the number of people and the platform (Windows is a bit less than Mac). Please email us for an exact quote.

Individual training can be done at the Desktop Publishing Services office in Chicago, where individuals have one-on-one training for a fee of $200 per 3-hour session. If you take four sessions of training, 12 hours, one complete course or a mixture of programs, you save $100 with a total of $700.

Individuals who don’t live in the Chicago area are also welcome to do training at Desktop Publishing Services for the rate mentioned above. There are numerous hotels within a short cab ride where visitors can stay for reasonable rates.       

Here's a tempting offer for those who are still unsure about going ahead with individual training. Do one hour of training for only $75 to see if it's what you're looking for. (Hint: our clients are usually amazed at what they can learn in one session of training because it's in-depth, it's tailored to the pace you're comfortable with, and you get detailed handouts that let you work with the material in your own time between sessions.)      

Eda Warren has traveled extensively giving graphics software and design training around the country and internationally. Training can be arranged anywhere. Drivable distances of up to 1-1/2 hours can be handled with full day sessions, scheduled consecutively or a week or two apart.
